Hard to find any.

Being run by Private Equity means the business is about profit, not employee or client satisfaction. Hard to see how that will change whilst ownership remains the same. Poor strategic direction and no understanding of the importance of the Microsoft relationship will prevent real growth. It's just a buy and build that's gone wrong!

m-hance grew out of a number of acquisitions made over a short period of time. That's difficult to manage even if you have a lot of experience of business integration. the Senior Management then obviously hadn't, and it showed very quickly with weak leadership and poor decision making . Customers and staff were let down really badly and the business suffered. A couple of years ago there was a complete change of Senior Management and under the new leadership the business has turned around with a real feeling of team spirit focussed on customer retention, customer service and winning new business. Its a good place to work with an open and friendly feel, and most importantly its financially stable.

All the staff are helpful and there's a genuine feel of working together. There's a flexible approach to staff working from home, and the benefits are the best I've ever had. It is also refreshing to work with male managers who have respect for women and listen to what they have to say.
