better pay for the amount of time and effort people put in. People work way too hard for companies to make as little as you do here. Management is good, some better than others but handling actual issues going on with co workers gets pushed to the side and not handled. Instead they move people around and the hostility continues.

Upper management I had bad experience with. I don't know if it was just because of a bad property manager and bad regional, or if it was BAD all the way up the chain. They bought a 20 year old property in a high dollar area that they wanted to flip. They did very POOR due diligence if any at all, and it just became a money pit.
