I have mixed feelings about working at store #24 (Stratford). The grand opening last year was chaotic and stressful. Most associates are friendly and helpful, however there is little/no management. Therefore, most of the work falls to a few while others don't show up for shifts, do less than their share of work, etc. The area manager needs to be much more effectively involved at this store.

Travail très exigeant pour le salaire payé

Je me suis senti traité comme un numéro chez Hart par la direction. On m'a très souvent demander d'exiger des choses impossibles, il y a un problème de gestion à mon avis. C'est du travail sans répit et il faut être très en forme physiquement pour faire ce genre de travail. J'ai travaillé à 12,00$/hre pendant 1 an, et j'ai obtenu que 0,50$ d'augmentation après 1 an.
