Cons starting to outweigh the pros. It is so frustrating to watch the senior leadership team flounder again and again. Design teams work on whatever they want without direction or clear road map. Organization is missing out on engaging with strategic partners because the business refuses to allow innovation in key areas like med tech, apps and consumer products. Most real growth in AR is in the medical arena yet that is the one space ML won't venture. We continue to turn away strategic partners. It is almost like Magic Leap is afraid to be successful.

Stop halting innovation in medtech. Acknowledge that we are pushing customers to use lesser quality devices because we're not giving the imedtech ndustry what it wants. There will always be money, growth and innovation in the medical space...hire some people with knowledge in that industry or capitalize on the people you already have that can guide your success in that area. In the meantime its obvious our investors are more interested in defense than any other vertical-almost have to wonder if that is because ML is not owned by US investors. It's time to figure out which country's economy we're really trying to grow. It's time to look for some additional investors. It can't be a good thing to be so deeply aligned with an almost single source.

Magic Leap is stuck in a continuous loop of doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a new outcome. Project team lacks direction, no clear road map, outrageous scope creep on every project and still over promising and underdelivering. Such a shame! It could be phenomenal.

Please!!! Hire some strategic business developers to come in and do some deep reorganizing before it is too late and it all falls apart. The size of the legal team and the number of VP's on that team alone is just a huge money pit plus team still seek outside counsel for almost everything! And what's left of the old Motorola team has to go, they have taking things as far as they are able. And the Quality Team? Where are they? They report to Engineering - and that says it all right there!
