Ample opportunities given by the management to people who want to grow further and are proactive. Management is very supportive and gives flexibility whenever needed. Good benefits like leaves, work from home, employee lunch. Work-life-balance is maintained very well. Someone who wants to learn, there are many modules within the domain to learn and cross training are arranged for sch people on request.
