There are no pros about working in this unethical company.

This place includes simply a bunch of cheats, totally unprofessional people. One will just harm their personal and professional life being in this company, working here can just damage your mental well being and low down employee morale. No employee salaries r been given on time and delayed for months as the bosses simply don't intend to pay for the hard work and efforts one puts, people with lot of growth aspirations join the company for employment, but the malpractices of this company finishes everything. Apart from salary the dirty company politics, no growth opportunities, false commitments from high authority and company HR to give salaries on time, no guidance and mentoring from the boss are further severe issues which contribute to the bad atmosphere in this pathetic company. Spreading awareness regarding such a culture so that people who looked for joining this company for career growth, don't mislead themselves and fall prey to such a toxic environment.
This company doesn't even deserve a star rating!
