Worst Working Culture without professional values

Not recommended for Experienced. Few management people showing discrimination by favouring to people belonging to their caste. Looks like utter local corporation company. People who worked in tier cities or MNC plz don't join here. Management are looking into employees personal stuffs and treating accordingly. No communication skills and communicating in local language unprofessionally. Too much micromanagement and worst part is monthly appraisal. Trust me this is not corporate companies and don't blindly trust the 4+ rating in Glassdoor. Think 1000 times while ur joining here.

Cultural and ethical values are not upto current market.
Don't keep bugging or micromanaging the employees personal stuffs.
Don't be discriminatory by favouring only certain people belongs to ur caste.
Be employee friendly and learn from outside world and keep ur company upto standard.
Review how ur middle management people treating the juniors. Don't blindly trust the middle management concerns. They are the one who creating this environment.
