I really came into my career at Manage due to supportive bosses, the Executive Level team looking to give everyone a chance to pitch in, and a company culture that made you feel valued as an employee. I was able to learn so much from the people around me during my two years there, and wish the company nothing but success. Having the HQ outside of the city makes for a difficult commute for some, but they do have a WeWork space and flexible work hours. I love the transparency that the company has with it's employees and the level of access that everyone in the organization has to everyone else. This starts with the accessibility of our CEO and leadership to everyone else in the company, the interconnectedness of the office culture, and the alignment of every team to our transparent quarterly corporate goals. These types of action are key to what make company culture at Manage one of a kind. I am lucky to be working with mentally stimulating and hard working people every day- it's a work hard, play hard environment. I commute over an hour to work every day and I don't mind it simply because I love my job and team, and the commute is more than worth it to me. In regards to management, I report to our CEO and he's awesome. He's always available to help me, is more than happy to teach me new things and stretch my responsibilities, has helped me envision where I want to progress my career, and is overall a great mentor. It's his first CEO gig transitioning from being a sales leader at Twitter but you wouldn't have guessed it because he's super well versed on all areas of strategy, the technical nature of ad tech, and people management. Manage is a great place to work at if you are looking to develop new skills or grow within your job role. Working here so far has provided a strong foundation to help me grow by allowing me to take on more initiatives, learn valuable analytical skills and projects. There's a great support system and mentorship here that's unique about Manage! There is so much talent that can be found–from the engineers, to the product team, to the sales and account management team. It really encourages you to not be shy when asking others around you for help which creates a culture that’s welcoming and encouraging. People work extremely hard here and you can feel the impact from others and our clients. It makes you want to do better each and everyday!
