However there seems to be little to no opportunity for advancement. Building titles are forever like a caste system even though responsibilities are constantly increased. Different members of staff are treated like second class citizens or the help. Money is is mismanaged on aestetic beurocratic mess while areas of the building are literally falling apart. Certain managers are blissfully ignorant of there own building. Vacancies are left unfilled for prolonged periods of time causing people to wear multiple different hats with 0 compensation or incentive to do so. At least we are given a decent amount of sick and vacation days. Days off benefits Lack of advancement. Wonderful atmosphere, peaceful surrounding area. Great location. Manager renews contracts of people with no background in English, Education, who don’t have a teaching degree or Masters. He doesn’t like when students have a seriously ill parent in their country, and does the same to staff. He was nice, but inept and insensitive. Students are awesome, being surrounded by beautiful music. On guard for special events.On campus with college students of different backgrounds, cultures , talent very creative. Overall its a greet place to excel and learn your own creativity. During special events such as recitals, concerts, etc. directed the public to their destination. I didn't know the school existed before working there. My co-workers were great.
