Coworkers, management and ownership are great. It can get a little hectic at times but there is always somebody available to help you, if you need it. The work environment is clean and organized with a small town atmosphere. I would definitely recommend working here! Management is good at keying in on the skill sets of their people and maximizing their potential within the company. As the company grows and progresses they provide training and certifications that keep their people ahead of the curve. While this occasionally translates to being pushed to the edge of your comfort zone, it pays dividends in advancement potential within or even beyond the company. The workplace culture is friendly and often collaborative and a team based comradery seems to permeate the facility. While the factory aspect of the company can be a bit daunting and dirty at times, a person with a willingness to learn and grow could start off in the warehouse and someday find themselves doing web development.
