A lot of favoritism and gossip goes on amongst the supervisors and managers towards/about the associates, which brings a lot of tension into the workplace. I had a lot of opportunity for advancement (I rated 4 stars however, because advancement is more challenging now.) The retail crew is very hard working and takes a lot of pride in what they're doing. I worked there for over 2 years. When I first started out I LOVED my job then by the end I started not loving my job :(. Started out as a part time sales associate then worked my way up to a Store manager. Transferred to a different region to open a new store for the company! The leadership from the region I transferred to was not encouraging or helpful.Was a fun company to work for but some leadership has a hard time practicing what they preach. If you love a crazy start-up atmosphere, this is the company to work for just be ready for a lot of confusion and non-detailed projects. Depending on location, you can have anywhere from 10-over 100 customers in a day. "7 day weekend life style" Very chill. I learned a lot. I moved up in the store very fast. Management changed above me and communication suffered a lot. The hardest part of the job was the lack of training to be a store manager. Th most enjoyable part were the customers and employees.
