Flexible Part Time Job

Not much room for advancement but Maritz is a decent part time job with great flexibility. Non stop outbound cold calling for banks. Respondents can be annoying sometime. But overall it's an easy job.

I enjoyed my time at Martiz. I felt I had a great team but also had good relationships with the other teams we worked with. The work as an RA was at times tedious but the atmosphere made up for it.

Easy but boring job if you are looking for some extra money
|
I worked for almost 3 years for MaritzCX - with occasional breaks from up to 3 months. The job itself it way to easy, especially if you are actually having a master degree in social science! It is also super one-sided and you have to take up with moody, rude and sometimes really dumb people one the phone. However, you have a great flexibility regarding your working hours. The payment is not good at all but Olis of you have some hours off to get some extra money. That’s it!

The management team was very friendly and so were many of the colleagues here. Unfortunately, what it could not offer was much room for progression. If you do not end up becoming a supervisor, then there are no other options for you.

Company had great culture for full time employees including birthday and weightloss clubs. No benefits for part time employees. Call center work is repetitive and can be monotonous. But flexible schedule is amazing.
