There people are great and brilliant. The company builds software for first responders (mainly law enforcement) without the vast majority of people really knowing about the career. They know programming and are incredible at it. The product is the best on the market and is makes the job of an officer much easier. The staff is young and energetic which can lead to putting the cart before the horse. They often make decisions without seeing or considering the future, so it can be one step forward two steps back. Communication needs to be worked on and more standardization for repetitive tasks.
