At the time I was working, I had an amazing Project Manager named Brian. He was able to feed requirements in way that I was able to turn into deliverables and he was very flexible on work/life balance.

Sick days were incorporated into work days, which wasn't a big deal when you get 15 days a year.

There are a lot of smart people. Management have technical backgrounds, which makes a huge difference. Nice perks (flexible hours, free snacks, company outings, etc.), but don't join the company for that. The people at Market6 care about the company and building really cool products. Working with people who really care is by far the top "Pro".
Every individual has an opportunity to make a big difference at this company if they are smart and work hard. If you show that you care and add value nobody will get on you about silly things that larger corporations care about (exact hours, attire, over-professionalism, etc.).
Also, technology! Maybe not super cutting-edge, but even the legacy systems are better than the "new" systems I've seen at other companies.
Also, the VP of Engineering is spectacular. Communicates visions regularly to all, pushes the company in the right direction, empowers the employees, and trims the fat when needed.

Chicago and Cincinnati offices not always in agreement on business priorities.
I guess some would consider it a con that people can get pretty emotional about process stuff and it's talked about too much, but it's way better than other companies where people don't care enough to get emotional about that kind of thing.

Great company! They have been around for 8 years, have an established revenue stream but still act like a startup. Great executive vision and great culture. Everyone is focused on serving the customers and closing new deals. No politics.
