Customer Service Representative Leavenworth, KS USA Family Run I was told by current employees that Marlow White used to be a great company when the original owners ran things. I still gave it a chance but, I learned they weren't kidding. The current family running the company only cares about their own. HR Generalist/Recruiter Leavenworth, KS USA Supportive work environment with great people! I'm new to Marlow White, however I have learned a lot about the company in a short time frame. One thing the company has going for it, is the people! In the first few days, I had met all kinds of people, and I was amazed how friendly and caring everyone was. Everyone was glad to have me join the team and wanted to make sure I was acclimating okay and offered their help with anything. Another positive aspect of the company is the management team. They're all very approachable and willing to go the extra mile for any employee. We have an "open door policy" to encourage communication between all employees. So, the workplace culture is very comfortable and supportive. Marlow White strives to do business by the "Golden Rule". One thing that definitely sets Marlow White apart from other employers is the size. We're a smaller company but operating at more of a medium range. With the small team we have, it's easy for everyone to know everyone and build a close-knit culture. Another positive is that Management has close relationships with each of their team members. Director of Marketing & Creative Leavenworth, KS USA Comfortable Work Environment with Good People Coming from a Fortune 500 Company, I wasn't sure what to expect to work in a smaller town for a mid sized company like Marlow White. I have to admit, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
