They actively look for ways to cut cost. After 3 years of employment I am still part-time to a position that requires full-time work. They have kept me at part-time to avoid paying for benefits. There is never enough staff or faculty to do all the job duties that are required to operate a business. There are many people here that have taken on multiple job duties or absorbed someone else's job.
