If not for the ability to work from home during the pandemic, I would be long gone as would others. Business is doing well though, even with people home. Management should note that.

Same old. No new ideas, if you do have a new idea, will not get past management. Favoritism, cliques, and a disaster of a HR “department”. Stale. Boring. At times, very unprofessional environment. Poor hires. Management is laughable.

Staff knows once we go back to the office, if they can safely pull that off (questionable, disorganized) it will be same old. Lack of spirit. No room for advancement BUT will force you to take other tasks to “get it done” Time to sever professional relationships with “dated” employees. Keep an eye on the bullies. They DO exist & they are passive aggressive. Hustling UPPER management by flashing smiles. Fakers. Anyone could do their job, better.

Mary Ann truly cares about her employees. She has not laid off a single person during the pandemic. We actually all received a salary increase and bonus during this time and have been able to work from home since this began in March. As employees, we receive a 401k benefit, vacation, health benefits, and sick time, My co-workers are all nice professional people.

Working from home had not been an option until now, but hopefully in the future it will be allowed on certain occasions.
