This was a great place to work and a great learning experience. All the staff were great including Leadership who was fair to everyone.

The office is small so everyone must pull their weight or it is obvious. Small and quaint may not be a Con for all.

Create more of an organized work environment-let employees aware of their responsibilities and make sure tasks are aligned with the companies mission. Also, expand, if possible as to further foster the cohesive team environment. Additionally, there is a lack of advancement opportunities which stems from the very small size of the office and thus the low amount of employees. It would be nice to see room for advancement by adding new sets of tasks in order to increase motivation.
