Great people, poor performance

Met some great people who all cared about startups and what the MassChallenge mission was.
|
Company is going through a lot of changes. Downsizing, org restructure, company can be rather siloed, and there are definitely favorites. MassChallenge had a lot of dead weight in these favorites and the ones who do a majority of the work get burnt out and quit.
