A place where you can come in and be comfortable and not micro-managed but have a highly collaborative sales environment at the same time. Too many times, you get one or the other - the place is too relaxed and not enough driven individuals to be successful. Or it's a boiler room, you are micro managed, minimum number of calls, etc. This place strikes a happy medium where you get what you put into it but you are also given all the resources necessary and autonomy to succeed. It is a rarity in todays world where management reinvests a majority of proceeds back into the employees or the business itself. This is one of those places where the compensation is generous for those who work hard. There is an open door policy with management and everyone is there to support one another, the ultimate goal is to produce happy clients but in return the sales associates and management are rewarded handsomely for a quality product, quality customer service, etc. I don't have any further advice, I truly enjoy the challenges we face here. Owner/CEO is incredible generous and Global Director will take care of the customers and all their needs. As an intern and associate, they provided us with confidence and strong sales and product training. Would recommend both working at Mass Interact and working with Mass Interact and the products they offer.
