MatchCraft has true professionals and kind people at all levels. This is a mission-driven company that makes you feel passionate in your daily work. I got to work with so many intelligent people working hard and giving more than 100% of themselves. People here are excellent collaborators that know how to resolve issues collectively.
Employment at MatchCraft comes with a very rich benefits package, and this particularly stood out to me as someone coming from a startup with only salary compensation.
Thing that I loved the most about MatchCraft was its healthy work culture and environment. I did not see a single person that engaged in any form of office gossip.

Its main product can seem a little outdated in terms of its look and feel, but this has more to do with being mindful of the resources and being cautious about making any radical changes to it.

The company cares about it's employees and understands work-life balance. We work hard but concerns are heard and considered. Good medical benefits and extras like continued education and PTO. The company is global which allows team members to work remotely and work with clients in many Countries.
|
Due to the flat structure, which is a pro in the ability to communicate without a lot of bureaucracy, it doesn't allow for a lot of title changes or promotions. The company is transparent about this and although there are not a ton of opportunities to grow vertically, they do provide other growth opportunities and seem to try to provide promotion opportunities within the company when they come up.

Coworkers are very helpful, the culture is laid back, and most (if not all) managers are flexible and easy to talk to. Open door policy and quarterly happiness surveys make it easier to let management know whenever something is not great.

Flat structure doesn't leave much room for promotions, that was told to me during the interview and I accepted it but I understand it's not for everybody.
