no career growth, no challenging work, company keeps changing direction every month, priorities keep changing, often discarding months of on going work, CEO keeps making false promises, company is extremely careless in spending money - spends money in the wrong places.
The CEO and lately the leadership team in whole sounds very out of touch with reality and doesn't accept that things they've been planing to do aren't working and it won't work if it goes on the same way.
