After about 5 one and a half hour interviews you’ll get an offer with less than what you were told the job paid. They’ll promise during the next round of funding you’ll get the amount promised. The funding comes in and you’re told you were never promised that and they need some sort of proof. By this time you’ve spent so much time and effort and passed up other high paying opportunities that you accept less expecting their promise to be upheld. The company is very lenient and pays for lunches. But you’re expected to accept the loss in pay and deal with the poor leadership. HR is very difficult and doesn’t seem to know how to conduct investigations. Most staff who were there for years left last year and another 15 to 20 this year with many remaining having only been there for two years or less now. Key people are gone which says a lot about the company’s leadership.
