highly unorganized unplanned way of work, no work life balance due to mess created and lack of discipline at management level, unadaptable to new changes.
always uses less resources to exploit employees, monetary benefit very little compared to the stress you go through
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
unnecessary overload of work. unproductive way of working and no work life balance due to management stiff neck, not spending on RnD lab expenses. always resources crunch. treats employee like animals and expect them to work 12-16 hours daily to meet management expectations

backpain, stressed eyes, frustrations and damaged health.

Lot of exciting work but poor management.

I got to work on lot of exciting things but the poor management ruined it for me.
There is no clear plan, everything changes.
Pros:
1)good projects
2) hybrid or remote work.
Cons:
1) poor management
2) no hike or promotions.

Poor management toxic work culture
|
Little to no training, management often seemed lost and only provided resources when things went south. Workers work tirelessly like 60-70 hours. In fact had one co worker who told me he had been working even on his wedding day.

You will stay busy undoing all of your "progress" in terms of paperwork and physical labor
|
If you like challenges and damage control then this is the place for you. Everything imaginable is a burning fire and the thumb is always jammed on the escalate button. You would have to be a special kind of person to WANT/EXPECT to mentally abuse your coworkers daily with extremely unrealistic expectations involving heavy duty physical labor. Imagine directing people to run a daily marathon only to be the unwilling one to HAVE to trip them up at the finish line time and time again, and force them to go back to the starting line. Imagine that being your job every day. If you are a cutthroat s.o.b then you may just enjoy it. You will eventually get tripped up time and time again yourself. Good luck.

Toxic work culture

While the salary and other compensations are good, the company has a very toxic work culture in few departments. There is not much freedom in working and there will be continuous and unnecessary interference from senior management. Also, the technical requirements keep changing on daily basis.
