Had my own office. Hour lunch. That’s about it really.

Didn’t get to experience a whole lot of engineering work. I was hired to replaced a long time employee who would be my mentor, I barely spoke to the guy. He was always very busy. Most of my work consisted of data entry into overly complicated programs that would then spit out work orders for the machinist out on the floor. Very confusing for everyone and only made processes take much longer. Did a lot of AutoCAD work which was all 2D. Not a very exciting position or work for that matter.
