Interesting work with relevant ASIC development technologies, there are almost no other companies in Russia were you can get this kind of experience. You are treated as a human being and work with good people. You can start working during senior university years. Using due diligence you can combine scientific research with development tasks. No micromanagement is usually used, you can work with a greater degree of independence and have to think on your own. There is no dress code, no one will blame your for a strange working schedule if you are productive.

The company is always trying to move faster than it is really possible. Desire to deliver feature-packed products too often overweight need to develop a well-tested high quality product. The deadlines are at time unrealistic and are shifted several times. The turnover can be high at times, people seek other jobs or specialties with higher compensation.

If you want to have a secure job without much pressure and sit your pants while doing tasks no end user will care about, you definitely have it here.

There aren’t really any promotions going on, the company values are stuck in mid-80’s, and compensation, while adequate, isn’t something to talk about positively with anyone when honest.
