The people and coworkers were amazing individuals and together formed a strong team. The brand and product were strong and the company grew year after year. New management had big shoes to fill from an employee perspective and falls a little short. The then COO and now CEO is a narcissist who only cares about self promotion. On boarding within the company was not the greatest. They mainly focused on product rather than customer base or hands on experiences. Company announces product launches and doesn't produce until months later.
