Not unless you are a family member or a friend. They get handed a management position they aren't qualified for, a salary they don't deserve, and a generous severance when they abandon the company after creating problems they can't fix. Hard work and integrity are neither rewarded or even appreciated. Customer service people were very nice to work with that used to be great where business was going very well. Management went downhill with the layoffs and pay cut from losing many contracts.
