The worst job i have ever worked at. CEO claims we are a family. If that were true most employees would not feel used and abused by upper management. Tools are force-fed to employees that simply do not work. Constant changes in management since none are competent enough to handle the job. Pay is absolutely atrocious and raises are done by performance reviews even if you only worked for your supervisor for a week. In my many years working i ended up with .35 cents for a raise. The current manager is a down right bully and border line abusive. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. Employees have complained to HR about this manager and complaints are always overlooked. The new president however is wonderful and seems to really care, if only he knew of all the crooked acts happening on the AR floor. Director is just as bad as her managers. In my 25 years working with the previous company as well as this one. I have never been so disrespected and made to feel so insignificant. Please for your own safety and mental sanity STAY CLEAR! I had rather had work for McDonald's. It is a fast paced environment and definitely keeps you busy all day long. The Director that oversees the AR team in Parsippany shows empathy and very hands on with her staff, she promotes a work life balance and care about the employees. I really wish I could mention names. There is nepotism, favoritism, dirty politics to add to all the stress of this place. You never get encouraged for what you do. All you hear is scolding and negative remarks from your unsupportive superiors. They literally treat you as slaves. They put their clients needs over their employees and not all management is handled well. Not a lot of room or opportunity for growth.
