I’ve played numerous roles within this company but the starting foundations as a care worker is what got me into becoming a nurse. There 3 day training/ annual Refresher with Sophie was the best I’ve come across! I started my NVQ’s with Medacs also, the office staff were great. Yes communication was not 100% but what company is? I worked the hours that suited me & would 100% return!

I done all the training with company couldn't wait to start work.
Got my contract zero hours they dont tell you that at the interview. When you go for your training they tell you they provide lunch that was 2 custard creams and a cup of tea. I started my shadowing I worked for 12 hours got paid for 8 because they only pay you when your in the clients home. £55 POUNDS i received for thst time. They have very little work and wanted to you me for cover when someone was on holiday. You just sit around the rest of the time earning no money

I'm not currently working for medacs has there isn't much work in the area at the minute. I joined after giving birth to my twins. They always accomadated me with hours that suited my family needs.i spent most of my working life on nights. (Clients always plesant)The money is fantastic because they pay you extra for A/L. I would highly recommend. I'm hoping to return when the work picks up.

Medacs health care recruitment are good groups. I would like to put very important consideration.
In my opinion if you want to work you need to focus your aim as you show yourself for the others what you are looking for. Since I started with medacs I have been enjoying my jop with them staff friendly and helpful. Paid is very good daily x

It is a decent place to work as long as you don't phone the office for support. They don't care as long as the work is done. they will tell you at the interview that they will support you and all, but nope :)
in addition to that, you would have to keep a close eye on your wage slips as many times, you would be missing mileage and incorrect payments.
