Worst Company, Management and Job Ever - Run Away
|
No one on the Customer Success team has been here longer than 5 months. Company let entire support staff go in August 2019. As a result there is no experienced help for the team and the customers. Job is way more complex than any L2 position I have ever seen. There is no organized training you are expected to self teach with no real materials to study. Many of us know nothing about some of the products. Logins and access to the vast number of tools and network sites takes months to get. You are expected to start taking tickets and resolve them quickly with no training, no knowledge of where things are on the network and limited access to most everything. I currently have 72 open tickets, everybody is drowning in tickets.
Management is horrible. We get talked down to daily. I have seen a lot undeserved bullying and humiliation directed towards team mates. None of my teammates ever get told anything positive or encouraging instead it is all negative put downs right in front of the whole team.
For many of my teammates there is no consideration for any kind of work life balance. There is an strongly implied expectation for people to work many nights and weekends after hours with no overtime pay.
