I only worked at Mediafire for a short time period - a contract job to assist their offices while moving - but the environment of their offices was warm, welcoming, and absolutely enlightening! I have a relative that works there, so I can safely say that my experiences were not alone, as well. The managers were down-to-earth and reasonable, allowing accommodations for an encompassing work ethic. Co-workers are friendly and quick to help. Company or team lunches were provided each week and other activities were planned to foster a friendly work environment. The management were often understanding and supportive but seemed to rely too much on psychic osmosis to communicate the goals and needs of the company.However, they trusted me to master new things and, because of that, I had wonderful opportunities to do so. I loved working there right up to the time I was laid off. Provided a casual working environment, while getting a chance to work on Desktop application team as a C/C++ developer.
