It had great health insurance benefits as well and employer even paid 100% for the first six years! That really saved my family a lot of money. They also paid very well when it was doing well. We had lots of perks like Pizza Fridays, and they weren't picky if employees took an extended lunch and breaks. Great people and management! If you had a good review there were bi-annual raises and cost of living ones too! | As the years went by, there were some layoffs so some of us had to take on other employee's work load. There was a change in management, but they still really cared about their employees. They were very flexible with time off - and anyone who complained about that was lazy - and obviously had never worked many places before! The first year and a half were startup heaven, flex-time, good morale, etc. | Once things turned sour, it was a slow, painful death. Management became cold and disconnected and benefits/401Ks started to evaporate.
