I love being a part of the Business Development team here at MediaRadar. My manager and co-workers have made working at MediaRadar a pleasant experience. The team here is supportive and helpful. The company’s leadership team has great mentorship and is dedicated to seeing everyone succeed.
The culture here at MediaRadar is great. The team is very close. No matter our title, everyone feels valued. Employees are also encouraged to participate in monthly meetings and activities to celebrate our wins.
I’ve learned so much from the company’s in-depth training materials and meetings. Each month is a challenge; I get to learn new techniques and better myself in order to deliver expected requirements. One of my favorite things about working at MediaRadar is building relationships with potential clients to help them meet heir objectives.
Another great thing about MediaRadar is there is room for growth. Since I’ve started at the company, I’ve witnessed several co-workers receive promotions. Managers work closely with us to improve our skills and performance. It’s a great feeling to know that hard work is rewarded.
