MediaSpike is the best client I ever had. All it took was 1 meeting via Skype to confirm the deal. (I'm based in Singapore) 2 weeks later, video was completed and payment received. Yes, payment was made within the 2 weeks after the first meeting. No hassle and MediaSpike knew what they wanted. If all clients were like MediaSpike, the world would be a much better place. From my experience, there are no downsides with MediaSpike. Everyone working in MediaSpike rocks. Led by example. In my time at MediaSpike ( > 1 year), I had the opportunity to dive into new technologies, learn new languages, and build awesome software, all alongside a talented team. I feel my experience at MediaSpike has helped me grow both as an engineer, and as a person. I wouldn't change a thing. Like all startups, the road to success is tumultuously uncertain. Very professional and considerate environment that was able to get work done and at the same time create a fun work space. MediaSpike was the first Start-Up I worked for and I must say I loved it! We were not just co-workers, we were family. Although everyone was hired for a specific job, we all wore multiple hats and everyone, including the executive team, was always will to help. I don't have any regrets working at MediaSpike, I would do it again in a heart beat! The only complaint I have is not tied to MediaSpike, its tied to starts-ups overall. Its the roller coaster ride of growing a company. A phenomenal team, extremely talented and very supportive of one another. Probably the only place I've ever worked that was consistent about providing transparency for the entire team and encouraging people to learn about every part of the business. Naturally, there's always the stress of being in a small startup.
