The only pro is the original product which was the best software billing package ever. | The new integrated EHR/billing program is the worst I've ever seen, and I've worked with several. Trying to answer clients' questions is nearly impossible because we weren't trained effectively on the product. This causes more and more client questions which causes us to be more and more backed up.
