Meesh & Mia is being sued, again! This time by the overseas factory that made some of the product! The domestic factory is currently owed over one million dollars. Several current and former employees are owed tens of thousands of dollars in salary and expense reimbursement. Investors should ask to see original bills and signed buying orders. Unable to get product to fill orders because of outstanding debts to vendors. Employee reimbursement over 10 months past due. • Payroll late several times in recent weeks. Employees asked to work several weeks without pay to help reduce payroll. • Health insurance cancelled because insurance premium not paid, although employees had it withheld from their paycheck. Employees were not notified until after insurance company sent cancellation letters. • No office supplies, including toilet paper. • Senior management consistently hires new vendors (photographers, models, embellishment vendors, designers, printers, etc.), because previous ones weren’t paid therefore wont do more work. New vendor provides service, but then they don’t get paid. Constant and consistent cycle. • Inconsistent personnel decisions regarding in-house versus outsourced employees. Changes done on the fly, without notice, to avoid payroll on a bi-weekly basis. • Orders not fulfilled, customers not being told the truth. • Employees are encouraged to mislead customers to secure and/or maintain an order. • Purchase orders are used to secure funds through the bank, although product isn’t available and order will never ship. • Many employees have left, some that have been here since the beginning, due to conditions and unethical practices.
