Overworked employees
Company of mostly women, and a lot of gossip happens and you cannot avoid it
No bonuses for the people actually doing the work, they do "points" instead
Mistakes are held over your head for a long time
The self and supervisor rating system is a complete waste of time and effort
No upward or even lateral movement opportunities

Why bother? When a member of the executive team responds to employee frustration over years of financial issues, a series of poor management hires and an overall high rate of turnover by telling the entire staff that if they don't like it they can just leave, do you really think they’re going to be open to advice?
