Great spot and great people. Management makes the place fun with wine in the conference room on Wednesdays. The company is in the managed services area and was moving away from some of their old products. Made the transition a bit painful.

Looking Back
|
Looking back after leaving the things I complained about while there were small in comparison. The company culture was AWESOME they had beer on the deck after work. The team members were all willing to help out each other.
I was in meetings the bulk of the day due to supervising multiple teams. Megapath had a way of getting the most out of their employees while paying for only a portion of what they were getting in return.
The hardest part of the job was the tools used for the jobs didn't always put you in a good position to be successful.
The most enjoyable part was the people. I looked forward to laughing with those guys daily.
