1. Fine and diligent co-workers and everyone is great at his specialty. In short everyone there is a super hero at his specialty.
2. Very friendly environment.
3. If you're looking for an infinite source of work to do, this is the place.
4. Reasonable salaries
|
1. Hideous and manipulative management.
2. Constantly changing goals, unreasonable deadlines and a lot of work gets thrown in the garbage. On monthly basis, suddenly there's huge changes and a lot of work demanded within an unreasonable short period. Resulting in bad quality or a lot of unfinished work, and it goes on and on.
3. No CTO or any technical executive. CEO plays the role of a CTO, interrupts ongoing sprints with completely random work. Resulting in delaying ongoing work Resuling in more unfinished work.
4. No equipment at all, everyone there works on his own laptop or phone and management refuses to provide any. They are also willing to take equipment they gave to early joiners to give to business team.
5. Everyone was granted an amount of vested shares. Management tricked everyone to get their shares reduced so they would not increase the overall employees pool size.
6. Constantly lying to the team and talking about slogans that don't exist (Transparency. Trust... bla bla bla).
7. A lot of office politics.. a lot!
