Do not reccomend staying long. Some room for growth but typical retail. Short breaks, management always wants you doing busy work. Micromanaging all the time

I really enjoyed my job, they had excellent training, and if you want to learn more about DYI there is a lot of opportunity to learn about products and how they are used.
I really liked management when I started, however towards the end of my time there it changed. I had limited availability and once management changed, I started getting scheduled outside of my stated work hours.

You start at 16.75 and get yearly bonuses that go up with time all the way to 15% of your yearly salary . The managers are competent and you have a lot of freedom without someone breathing down your neck. There is nothing to stressful about the job
