Pros
Current Mgmt team has made some hard decisions to completely turn around the company that was not as successful as it should be. The company is headed in the right direction and is poised to turn the corner. Some of the older feedback may be bad blood from people unwilling to make needed changes and face hard facts. Good corporate culture - if you work hard you get noticed.

Great technology with significant potential
|
Corporate structure is wacky. The company is not controlled by the CEO but rather a toxic exec that fancies themself the smartest person in the room on every subject. Sadly, this individual knows nothing about solution selling strategy or the real challenges of selling into healthcare but still refuses to stay in their own lane. If you want be bullied and marginalized, this might be the place for you

I consider myself very fortunate to work for this company.
|
|
MEPS likes to see it's employees succeed. If you work hard and honestly, you are given great opportunities. If you attend school, upper management values the importance of furthering your education and will work with your schedule. Not very many companies are willing to do that for their employees! I would say everyone here is very happy and it's makes for a positive work environment.
