Fast paced environment. Learn something new every day. Get to help build something from the ground up. Extremely cool, state of the art, sciences here - beats ALL the competitors in the market. No micromanaging (from my perspective/experience). Be a part of the "fight against infectious diseases" and help make healthcare more available and affordable for all. Tons of room for growth internally. Everyone gets their hands dirty and gets involved regardless of seniority. The company cares a LOT about everyone's safety - everyone wears a mask, everyone gets tested on a weekly/regular basis, hand sanitizer everywhere, and more.

Sure, it's a little hectic/chaotic - but it's a start up...that's kind of part of the package deal. Salaries are at or a bit lower than market value, but again - it's a start up (plus, the tradeoffs are worth it!).

The people you get to work with are extremely smart and creative. The pace goes quick, but your voice/opinion certainly gets heard and you will definitely make an impact. It's exciting to work for a company who truly cares about out their people first. There is also lots of room for growth/advancement (if you want it, work for it!).
Not to mention - it's pretty darn cool to work for a company the produces top of the line products at the highest quality!

Start up like company (if that is something you're not interested in). There are still lots of room for improvements/creating processes and 'reinventing' the wheel, but this is still definitely a "pro" if you make it to be!

- A few growing pains recently due to the demand/scale up for our testing solutions. It's only temporary however some are challenged with seeing the big picture.
- Not really a negative but understand that this is a start-up environment and you will likely wear more than one hat. If you are looking for a niche job in a big established slow roll company this may not be for you. However, if you want to make a direct impact, quickly progress, and are passionate in your work, I highly recommend.
