Beware
|
Management is bad and the HR department is dysfunctional. They don't know the rules and regulations to run the business in this country.
Being a new HR department they don't understand how to hire employees properly and don't even talk to the candidates directly.
If they want to stay relevant in this competition then they will have to improve the management and better yet improve the HR department otherwise their competition is going to grow as they are. This company will not stay relevant for too long if they didn't work on these big issues.

Poor management and unorganized

Im a very hard working individual and 1 day i got snitch of horseplay which is a false accusation and got fired on my way home through phone call and never had the chance to explain or defend myself on the said accusations ...people Over there hate you if your too good of your job cause they feel treated of getting their position taken .i don’t suggests working at Mesa Biotech for being unprofessional and firing someone dutong this pademic unreasonably.

Friendly atmosphere but the technology can be challenging to work with. The work-life balance is great and I feel welcomed at this company. I recommend working here but like most start ups, there is some risk.

It's A fun Job

Mesa Biotech is a good place to learn and enhance your skills but as the company grows the management gets worst. Management became terrible and unorganized. If they don't like you they will do anything to get rid of you. They did it to at least 5 people while I was there even if you're doing great on your tasks.

Mesa is a great place to work – my favorite part of this company is my coworkers. It's a friendly, intelligent group. And the overall atmosphere is relaxed and collaborative.
The company is a start up, so growing pains and a big workload come with the territory. On the flip side, it’s a fast-pace work environment and there are new challenges daily. The company is young enough, that if you’re capable and eager, there's opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow with the company. I've learned a ton while here in my department and through cross-training.
