- The products and science are legit
- CEO is actually a very cool guy, just doesn't hire the right upper management
|
- upper management is probably the worst I have ever seen
- Promote their friends only even if they have 0 experience for the role (imagine a person that has never done the type of work but then is leading a whole team = nightmare)
- Some people get promoted 3-5 times a year (because they're friends with upper management) while others are passed over that have better experience
- Sexist (women tearing down other women) = another nightmare
- Went agile (but waste time in 3-4 day meetings -- I'm talking all day, getting almost nothing done)
- Overall, good riddance.

Brent (CEO) is the only sane one. The rest - you shouldn't be managing. AKA why if you ever leave Metagenics you would probably have the experience of an intern, actually that's an insult to interns. You would sink the company to the ground and proof is in the pudding with how well yall are doing at Metagenics.
