I'm sure had I not got laid off I would still be there. Management was great and very understanding, most enjoyable part of job is working with great people. The CNA staff there is AMAZING. They all work hard and very closely and care for their residents. This company does not recognize the hard work of the staff. Physically, there were a lot of hours on my feet helping with everything from morning exercise, to transportation about the facilities and to nearby stores and the boardwalk, to visiting non-English speaking patients to negotiate HR and social work contracts.
