Gen Y HR - Very poor management, no RECRUITMENT standard

The managements are from Mexter Group from IT background. No people management experience, very poor in managing people being in recruitment business.
Avoid any discussion when there's any complains from staff, only interested on the revenue that the staff bringing in to the company.
TL without managering experience failed to communicate and no proper directions to Consultants. Bias in decision making and prefer to have discussion with selected/favorite persons only.

Flexibility, a lot of personal freedom. The company has very few projects running. Even if it has projects, all those projects are not confirmed projects and thus if you are the type of person who like to lay back while working then this would definitely be the best place to work.

The Technical Manager has some major issues. On the Technical side, he is definitely not competent at all to be sitting on this particular position. He has had a hard differencing Windows and Web Applications, what else could you expect from he's technical abilities. On the Manager side, he is someone that could not deliver the message that he needs to pass down properly. Major communication problem. And to makes things worst, he is selfish, rude, ego and only cares for himself.
