You'll have the opportunity to wear many different hats and sharpen your marketing skills across both digital and traditional arenas. Business is shaped in a way that staff will be able to impact revenue generation directly. Managers here support staff to take ownership; no micro-management but you'll still receive plenty of support and mentorship from 'upstairs'. There wasn't a moment where I felt like I couldn't ask for help or advice when needed to complete a project. - The culture of the company is very communal and supportive. Even though the company is spread from east coast to west coast, there is definitely no lack in the sense of strong relationships. - At other places of work, as an intern it can feel like you are doing small scale minuscule work, but this was never the case at Meyler. You are given impactful projects that contribute to the overall success of the company. You cannot put a price on the amount of experience gained from working at Meyler Capital. - It is hard to come up with a con when thinking of my experience at Meyler. It really makes you feel like an important part of the company culture. - Supportive: management wants to see you succeed. I can always get help when I need it and they rarely make me feel overwhelmed with work. Everyone seems to feel like they have a stake in the success. They understand that a culture requires energizing people and focusing on a common purpose. Hard to call anything about Meyler a "con'.
