Horrible Work Experience Do Not Work Here
|
No matter the position no one lasts because the wants are constantly changing and your work ethic means nothing. The owner has no clue what's going on more than half the time but make him laugh and you could keep your job a little longer. Job security is less than 1% and you need to do a lot of butt kissing to increase it and there's even a limit to that. I dare you work there so you could leave a review yourself on the experience.

A typical day here can consist of something different everyday. one day you might be sent back and forth to court, and the next day you'll probably just be needed to do personal errands for management. retrieving, Sorting, and filing files, as well as sorting and delivering incoming mail and sending outgoing mail (Fed Ex, USPS, Certified Mail, etc.) is an everyday thing. working in this office is okay because of the people that you work with, but it isn't enough compensation for the amount of work thats expected of working directly with the owner. honestly the hardest part of the job was trying to balance keeping the filing down to a minimum while being sent out on runs to court, client houses, and doing personal errands for Management, etc. The amount of physical labor we had to do on our own was (unreal) unbelievable. job security isn't guaranteed, i've personally experienced employees come and go from the office but as long as you do your job and stay on the higher-ups good side you should typically be okay.
the best part of working here to me would honestly have to be the amount of friends that i made while working here.
