The culture is fun, relaxed and collaborative. You will gain a lot of experience in manufacturing, regulatory affairs and medical devices. Sure, there are ups and downs, but for most of us, it is up. The environment was terrible, with unrealistic goals. Now you might read this and think this person is just complaining. I get that. However they would base sales growth goals on the introduction of new products, then not put and development $ into them. So the new products never happened. Then the would punish people for not making plan! THE CFO had no foundation in the medical device industry and constantly pulled resources that were need to make plan! Cant think of one! Management very proactive to make this facility a better place and facility is directed towards Lean Manufacturing principles. The Quality department has been doing a great job with maintaining the company within compliance. Management cares for their employees. Certainly a fast growing company with excellent benefit options. I would certainly recommend this workplace.
